First Dental Visit

Your first exam with us will take approximately one hour. Over the course of your visit, our team will become acquainted with you and start learning about your specific oral health goals. A hygienist will clean your smile, and then you’ll meet the doctor, who will complete a full oral exam. Based on the results of your cleaning and exam, we can outline any existing or potential concerns and propose a treatment plan with your specific needs in mind.

Dental Insurance

- We Are In-Network with Delta Dental and Aetna and Accept All Major PPO Insurances

As a service to you, we are happy to file your insurance claim for reimbursement, providing we have current and complete information. Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company.

We consider the patient responsible for the account.

Not all services are covered benefits in all contracts. The insurance coverage purchased by your employer may have certain services that are not covered.

Patients are responsible for deductibles and non-covered services. We ask that patients pay their estimated portions at the time services are rendered.

Payment Options, Financing, and Insurance

At Wedgewood Dental Associates, we are happy to assist you with financial concerns. We ask that you read our financial policy form and become familiar with payment options. Should you have any questions regarding insurance coverage or our financial policies, please contact our office manager.

We encourage our patients to be familiar with the cost of their dental treatment. Fee estimates are available before consenting to treatment. If you would like an estimate, please make sure to ask our office manager.

Our cancellation policy: We ask that you kindly give 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or change an appointment. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and consideration.
